2004 BSH - O & S wines

2004 BSH SOLD OUT

SOLD OUT

The 2004 BSH displays deep cabernet aromas of cassis and leather. The texture is both concentrated and ethereal with a near perfect balance of fruit, acidity and alcohol (14.4%). Sumptuous flavors of black fruit, currents and coffee combine with rich soft tannins to produce the best BSH to date.

WINE MAKER'S NOTES

"Outstanding" - Wine Press, Spring 2007

ORIGIN OF GRAPE
Like R3, BSH is a blend of wines from each of the vineyards we work with. It is however mainly a Cabernet wine and those lots are primarily Champoux and Klipsun with a couple of barrels from Sheridan. The Petit Verdot is from Ciel de Cheval, the Merlot and Cabernet Franc are from Sheridan, Champoux and Dineen all in the Columbia Valley AVA.
